​Michael Kerr joined Aston Martin Lagonda in June 2014 as VP and Chief HR Officer. Michael has held senior roles in multinational, blue chip organisations across a number of sectors, including automotive, financial services, consumer goods, B2B, and most recently, in Premier League football as HR Director of West Ham United FC.  There Michael provided advice, guidance and support on all HR and employment law matters.
 
Over the last three years at Aston Martin Michael has worked closely with the CEO and senior team to implement an ambitious six year business plan which will see Aston Martin produce a new car derivative, on average, every nine months. He is currently in the process of a complete overhaul of the company culture to achieve this goal.  
 
Key achievements in Michael’s career include involvement in the Olympic Stadium project, relocating West Ham United to Stratford in 2016 and the successful integration of a USD 300m automotive acquisition while at Intertek PLC.
